If you have asked us to organize your transfer from Belgrade airport to Novi Sad,

please look for the sign saying EWM WELCOME as soon as you have passed through customs. You will be waited for at the airport by a professional agency. The agency has your names, flight times and numbers. You will be waited for even if your flight is delayed.

The fee for one way transfer to/from airport is   20Euros, but you can expect substantial discount on the price, as a result of negotiation between the local organizing committee and the agency in charge of the transfer.

The price may vary on number of people who share the vehicle.

You are strongly advised to pay to the driver directly.

The receipt will be issued to you in dinars with remark of the equivalent value in Euros (if it is paid in Euros). Those to whom we have promised to pay travel expenses we will reimburse it IN THE CURRENCY IT WAS PAID IN.

If you arrive by train or bus

The Faculty of Sciences is located at the Dositeja Obradovića Square. You can reach it by bus lines 4 and 11 from the railway station or by a taxi. If you decide to take the bus, get off at the “Univerzitet” bus stop, near the tall red brick building (see the picture ).

If you prefer taxi it is important to take one of the official taxi companies which will provide you a quick and safe ride to the place of your choice for a very reasonable price. The average starting fee is charged at 100 dinars (local currency, somewhat less than 1 EUR) and each consecutive kilometre is 35 dinars. The average fee from the central bus and railway stations to the University of Novi Sad Campus is between 150-200 dinars. Those prices are valid when you call a cab by phone or on OFFICIAL TAXI STATION (right in front of the railway station). Make sure that the meter is on, and pay the amount that you see on the display (the minimum fee for one ride is 100 dinars). If you decide to call a taxi on the phone make sure that it’s the one  from the list below, because unregistered taxis are far more expensive.

From the dormitory to the University Campus there are two options: to walk (15 min walk) or take a taxi. If you decide to walk, find your way through the map .

The registration fee (80 or 40 Euros), accommodation and excursion with conference dinner (20 Euros) should be paid for in Euros. We cannot accept credit cards.

Conference fee includes:

- refreshments during the breaks;

- light lunch;

- conference kit.

As you know, the excursion to Sremski Karlovci  is scheduled for WEDNESDAY 26.8.2009.

We kindly ask you to confirm your attendance upon registration.

We also ask you to pay for it on the spot at the registration desk.

We are reminding you that the excursion fee is 20 EUR and that the dinner with wine tasting in traditional Vojvodinian wine cellar is included.

Breakfasts and light lunches will be provided free of charge to registered participants, but participants will have to find their own evening meals (except on the evening of the conference dinner).There are many restaurants in Novi Sad; prices vary but a reasonable dinner might cost the equivalent of around 10-15 Euros. Most restaurants etc will accept credit cards.

There is internet access both wireless and cable at the conference venue.
