Please note that the registration deadline is April 1, 2009.
Registation fee (VAT included):
- 80 EUR regular fee
- 40 EUR reduced fee
Registration fee payement starts on March 1, 2009. Payement instructions will be additionally announced. The reduces fee is for participants without a permanent academic position.
The registration fee includes:
- conference proceedings – participants will be sent the recorded material (DVD with plenary lectures)
- conference kit
- refreshments during the breaks.
Please take into consideration that the registration fee does not cover the official conference dinner, joint excursion, or lunch during the conference days. We expect the conference dinner to cost around 20 EUR and the joint excursion around 20 EUR.
Check-in desk at the conference venue (Faculty of Sciences) will be open
- Monday, August 24, 2009 from 4 P.M. to 7 P.M.
- Tuesday, August 25, 2009 from 8 A.M. to 9 A.M.
Possibility of financial support
We have some financial support to offer a few participants (especially younger participants) in addition to the invited speakers. If you would like to apply for this support, please let us know and we will inform you in due course whether we can satisfy your needs.
Nevertheless, we strongly encourage you to apply for other sources of funding.
