Passport and visa requirements:
Please inform us if you need an official invitation from the Organizing Committee. An official invitation from the Organizing Committee alone is not enough to obtain a visa, in general. Please arrange your visa in advance, keeping in mind that this may take some time. Citizens of most European countries, the USA, Canada and Australia (among others) do not require a visa for a stay of up to 90 days in Serbia; more information is available at, for example, http://www.serbianembassy.org.uk/consular.php, or you can find your local Serbian consulate listed at http://www.mfa.gov.yu/Worldframe.htm.
Insurance:
The Organizing Committee does not provide any insurance for travel to or from the meeting place or for your stay there. It is therefore the responsibility of participants to check their health insurance requirements.
